LOOKING BACK AT 2009

In a couple of months, Professor Nils Peterson will be completing a whole year of his laureateship. We’ll just have to wait and see what he has up his sleeve for 2010. For those who are still unaware that he is the nominated Poet Laureate of Santa Clara County since March 2009, here is a quick flashback to what the Professor has delighted the county with, in the last several months of his term. Peterson’s new project for 2010 is a Call for Poems about Santa Clara County. Details about the contest and submission guidelines can be found at his website www.nilspetersonpoet.wordpress.com, and on the January 2010 posting on this blog, Call For Poems...Celebrating Our County.
